How do I clean The Dreamer Orthopaedic Dog Bed?
The bed cover is easily removable with a zipper and can be machine washed under 30℃, along with the cushion as one piece. For added convenience, it can also be hand washed. Please refer to our Care & Washing Page for further information.
Can I use bleach or fabric softener when washing the bed cover?
We recommend avoiding bleach and fabric softener to preserve the quality and durability of the fabric.
How often should I wash the bed cover?
For optimal hygiene, we suggest washing the cover every 2 to 4 weeks, or more frequently if your dog is a mucky pup.
Is the bed waterproof?
The inner memory foam covers are waterproof, so no need to worry if your dog has an accident.
Can I dry the bed cover in a dryer?
It's best to air dry the cover to maintain its shape and quality.
How do I maintain the orthopaedic support of the bed?
To keep the memory foam core in good condition, avoid excessive bending or folding, and ensure it is regularly aired out.
Can the memory foam be washed?
No, we strongly advise against washing the memory foam. Simply hand sponge the memory foam if required and allow to completely dry before putting your bed back together.
What if my dog has an accident on the bed?
Clean any mess promptly with mild soap and water, and wash the cover as soon as possible to void lingering odours.
Are there any special care instructions for the memory foam?
Keep the memory foam away from excessive moisture and direct sunlight to prolong its lifespan and maintain its supportive qualities.
How do I store the bed if not in use?
Store the bed in a dry, cool place, ensuring it's not compressed for extended periods to maintain the integrity of the memory foam.

How much does shipping cost?

Currently, we focus on the Australian market. However, we are working on expanding our reach globally in the future due to our rapid expansion.

 What warranty does Archie’s Dream offer?
Archie’s Dream provides a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects due to faulty workmanship or materials. This warranty does not cover damages from improper care or failure to follow care instructions. If you receive a product with a defect, please contact us at info@archiesdream.com.au, and we’ll gladly replace it or issue a refund.
How do I make a warranty claim?
To file a warranty claim, reach out to our customer service team with your order details and a description of the issue. Photos may be requested to help evaluate the claim. If you received your Dreamer Bed in less-than-perfect condition or encountered an issue during the warranty period, please email us at info@archiesdream.com.au with your order number and photos of the defect for quick assistance.
What does the warranty cover?
The warranty protects against issues related to materials and workmanship, but does not cover damage resulting from improper use, everyday wear, or accidental incidents. This includes damage from cleaning, regular use, or intense play by dogs, staining, and water damage.

Once you submit a claim, we typically process it within 7-10 business days. If approved, we’ll provide instructions for the next steps.
Are there any warranty exclusions?
Yes, damages from pet activity, improper care, or modifications to the product are not covered under the warranty.
What if my bed is damaged after the warranty period?
While the warranty applies to manufacturing defects only, feel free to contact our customer service team for advice on possible repairs or replacement options.
Do I need my receipt for warranty claims?
Yes, please retain your receipt as proof of purchase for any warranty claims.

How do I return an item?
If you have received your Dreamer Bed and have not opened the vacuum seal, you may qualify for a return or size exchange. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@archiesdream.com.au within 7 days of purchase. Returns must be unopened, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive your item, we’ll confirm its condition and process your refund back to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. For items with manufacturing defects, email us with photos, and we’ll guide you on next steps.
Can I return a bed once it’s opened?
For hygiene and repackaging reasons, returns are not accepted if the bed has been removed from the packaging. If you are uncertain about the size, please contact us before ordering the bed.
Do I need to cover the cost of return shipping?
