What warranty do you offer on Archie's Dream offer?
Archie’s Dream provides a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects due to faulty workmanship or materials. This warranty does not cover damages from improper care or failure to follow care instructions. If you receive a product with a defect, please contact us at info@archiesdream.com.au, and we’ll gladly replace it or issue a refund.
How do I make a warranty claim?
To file a warranty claim, reach out to our customer service team with your order details and a description of the issue. Photos may be requested to help evaluate the claim. If you received your Dreamer Bed in less-than-perfect condition or encountered an issue during the warranty period, please email us at info@archiesdream.com.au with your order number and photos of the defect for quick assistance.
What does the warranty cover?
