How do I return an item?
If you have received your Dreamer Bed and have not opened the vacuum seal, you may qualify for a return or size exchange. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@archiesdream.com.au within 7 days of purchase. Returns must be unopened, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive your item, we’ll confirm its condition and process your refund back to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. For items with manufacturing defects, email us with photos, and we’ll guide you on next steps.
Can I return a bed once it’s opened?
For hygiene and repackaging reasons, returns are not accepted. If you are uncertain about the size, please contact us before ordering the bed.
Do I need to cover the cost of return shipping?
Yes, return shipping costs are typically the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of shipping errors (such as receiving an incorrect item) or damaged product.
