How do I clean The Dreamer Orthopaedic Dog Bed?
The cover unzips easily and can be machine-washed on a gentle cycle under 30°C — with the cushion as one piece — or hand-washed if you prefer. For more tips, see our Care & Washing Guide.
Can I use bleach or fabric softener?
No. To protect the fabric’s durability and softness, avoid bleach and fabric softener.
How often should I wash the cover?
Every 2–4 weeks is ideal for hygiene, or more often if your dog’s a bit of a mud magnet.
Is the bed water-resistant?
Yes. The inner memory foam is protected by a highly water-resistant liner, so light accidents won’t soak through.
Can I tumble-dry the cover?
We recommend air-drying to help the cover keep its shape and quality.
How do I keep the bed’s orthopaedic support in top shape?
Avoid bending or folding the foam. Air it out occasionally to keep it fresh.
Can I wash the memory foam itself?
No — memory foam should never be machine-washed. If needed, spot-clean with a sponge and mild soap, then allow it to dry completely before reassembling.
What if my dog has an accident?
Wipe up any mess quickly using mild soap and water, then wash the cover promptly to prevent lingering odours.
Any special care tips for the memory foam?
Keep it away from excessive moisture and direct sunlight to maintain its shape and support for years.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all orders — no surprises at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Right now, we’re focused on serving our Australian customers. However, with our growth, we plan to expand internationally in near future.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard delivery is usually 3–7 business days, depending on your location and local courier times, regional areas of Australia may take abit longer.
Can I track my order?
Yes! As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow it all the way to your door.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll sort it out quickly and make things right.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update the address. Contact our customer service team as soon as possible to request the change.
What if my package is lost in transit?
If you think your package has gone missing, reach out to us straight away. We’ll work with our couriers to track it down or arrange a solution.
Are there any shipping restrictions?
We currently ship Australia-wide. If you’re in a remote area, please check with us first — in rare cases, extra charges may apply.
Warranty and Guarantee
What warranty does Archie’s Dream offer?
Archie’s Dream guarantees that your product will arrive free from manufacturing defects caused by faulty workmanship or materials.
All warranty claims must be lodged within 72 hours of delivery. Claims made after this period will not be covered.
This warranty applies only to defects present at the time of delivery and does not cover damage from improper care, failure to follow care instructions, everyday wear and tear, or pet-related damage.
If your product arrives with a defect, email info@archiesdream.com.au within 72 hours, including your order number, photos, and a brief description of the issue. We’ll promptly arrange a replacement or refund.
How do I make a warranty claim?
To file a warranty claim, reach out to our customer service team with your order details and a description of the issue. Photos may be requested to help evaluate the claim. If you received your Dreamer Bed in less-than-perfect condition or encountered an issue during the warranty period, please email us at info@archiesdream.com.au with your order number and photos of the defect for quick assistance.
What does the warranty cover?
The warranty protects against issues related to materials and workmanship, but does notcover damage resulting from improper use, everyday wear, or accidental incidents. This includes damage from cleaning, regular use, or intense play by dogs, staining, and water damage.
How long does the warranty process take?
Once you submit a claim, we typically process it within 7-10 business days. If approved, we’ll provide instructions for the next steps.
Our 30-Night Sleep Trial Guarantee
We’re confident your dog will love The Dreamer Bed. If they don’t, you can still give it a second life — simply donate it to a registered dog shelter or rescue organisation in Australia within 30 days of delivery.
To receive your refund, you must first provide:
A photo of the bed at the shelter, and
A donation receipt from the organisation.
Once we confirm the donation, we’ll issue your full refund.
The trial applies to one bed per household and does not cover damage from chewing, scratching, or misuse.
Returns and Exchanges
How do I return an item?
If your Dreamer Bed is still in its original, unopened vacuum-sealed packaging, you may be eligible for a return or size exchange.
To start a return:
1. Email info@archiesdream.com.au within 7 days of delivery.
2. Returns must be unopened — beds that have been removed from their packaging cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the return is due to a shipping error or defect).
Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
For items with a manufacturing defect, email us with photos so we can review your claim and advise the next steps.
Can I return a bed once it’s opened?
No — for hygiene and repackaging reasons, we cannot accept returns if the bed has been removed from its packaging. If you’re unsure about sizing, please contact us before placing your order.
Do I need to cover the cost of return shipping?
Yes — customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where:
• You received an incorrect item, or
• The product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect.
